Job description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

To direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Engineering Department.
Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments & stay abreast with technological advances in surveillance & safety of the equipment.
Ensure that the company has a technological advantage by constant up gradation of the equipment.
Identify and implement new ideas technologies or processes to increase organizational efficiency productivity quality safety and / or cost-savings.
Ensure quality is adhered to in all aspects of the job by the Engineering team.

Qualifications :

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE :

Strong process orientation;

Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;

Entrepreneurial thinks out of the box;

Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies / synergies across the network

Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.

8 to 10 years of work experience.

Minimum Diploma in any core Engineering field.

Strong Operational / Technical Knowledge.

Pre-Opening experience would be an added advantage.

Experience in International Chain Hotels
