About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js, Node.js, and Python, who has hands-on expertise in building scalable Fintech applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-performance solutions, writing clean code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable web applications.
• Build reusable front-end components using React.js with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Work with databases (SQL / NoSQL) to design efficient data models.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI / UX designers, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with fintech industry standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack (front-end, backend, and DB).
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
