Job Title : Full-Stack Engineering Team Lead

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Stack Engineering Team Lead to guide our talented development team. In this role, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for architecting and building robust web applications, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.

You will oversee the development of both frontend and backend systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, a master of modern design principles, and eager to leverage Generative AI to innovate and accelerate our development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, manage, and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
Architectural Design : Design and architect scalable and maintainable end-to-end solutions. Champion strong software design principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY) and patterns across all projects.
Full-Stack Development : Actively participate in the development of backend APIs using Python with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Develop responsive and engaging user interfaces using React or Angular.
Database Management : Design, implement, and optimize database schemas based on strong RDBMS concepts. Write efficient and complex SQL queries and ensure data integrity.
GenAI Integration : Explore and implement Generative AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and innovate product features. Guide the team on the practical application of AI in the development workflow.
Project Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or mentorship role.

Backend Proficiency : Expertise in Python and proven experience building RESTful APIs using web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Frontend Proficiency : Strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React or Angular, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx) and component-based architecture.

Database Expertise : Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts (e.g., normalization, indexing, transactions) and extensive experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Version Control System knowledge should be must in Git / Gitlab / bitbucket

Strong Design Principles : Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and principles of clean, maintainable code.

GenAI Acumen : Demonstrable knowledge or experience in applying Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, large language models) to software development.

Leadership Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire a technical team.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Experience setting up and maintaining CI / CD pipelines.

Knowledge of NoSQL databases.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
