BPO tele caller (Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven BPO Telecallers to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our tech products / services, and generating qualified leads or direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to potential customers.
• Pitch and explain company tech products / services clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a database of calls, leads, and customer information using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed weekly / monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams for strategy alignment.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales when possible.
