Financial Analyst

Summary :

The Financial Analyst will be a core member of the Investment Strategy team, responsible for providing deep-dive financial analysis, industry insights, and robust financial models to support investment recommendations across various asset classes (e.g., Equity, Fixed Income, Private Markets).

This role requires a blend of quantitative expertise, financial acumen, and sharp communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Modeling & Valuation : Develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Transaction Multiples) for potential and existing portfolio companies and investment targets.
• Investment Research : Conduct in-depth research on industry-specific financial developments, broad macroeconomic trends, and competitor activity to identify compelling investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence : Perform comprehensive financial and operational due diligence on new investment opportunities.
• Reporting and Presentation : Prepare detailed investment memos, financial reports, and high-quality presentations to communicate clear, data-driven recommendations and insights to Portfolio Managers and the Investment Committee.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor the financial performance of portfolio investments, comparing actual results to financial forecasts and identifying key value drivers and risks.
• Process Improvement : Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the financial analysis and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience :

Fresh MBAs with exceptional internships will be considered.

Experience with financial databases (Bloomberg, Reuters, Capital IQ) is a plus.
