We're looking for a Head of UX to lead our talented team of UI and UX experts and take our product design to the next level. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape the future of our product experience by combining a deep understanding of user behavior and usability with creative, modern design leadership.
You should have a proven track record of building world-class software UI , especially for enterprise-grade products, and experience leading high-performing design teams.

What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a cross-functional team of UI / UX designers and researchers
- Set the design vision and drive a consistent, user-centered approach across all products
- Build intuitive, elegant, and easy-to-use user interfaces for our software products
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional product experiences
- Establish and scale design systems, tools, and best practices
- Promote a culture of design excellence and innovation across the company
