Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance - Controllership Lead to build and run the finance backbone of Ozi. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-growth, zero-to-one environments and wants to own the entire controllership, compliance, and governance charter for a venture-backed quick commerce startup. You will partner closely with the leadership to ensure financial hygiene, scalability, and investor readiness.

Key & Accounting :

• Establish end-to-end accounting processes (GL, AR / AP, reconciliations, closing)
• Build robust internal controls, cost centers, and reporting frameworks
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
