Information Technology Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• System Administration : Manage and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, including installations, upgrades, patch management, and performance monitoring.
• Network Management : Oversee network architecture and operations;
• configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls , Aruba switches , and access points ;

ensure network reliability, security, and optimal performance.

ensure high availability and scalability of systems.

coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless IT operations.

perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and optimize system reliability.

support cybersecurity audits and ensure adherence to organizational security standards.

prepare periodic reports on IT performance, uptime, and security posture.
