In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, handling ticket sales and reservations, and assisting with various airport operations. Key Responsibilities : - Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter - Process ticket sales and reservations accurately and efficiently - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with all airport and airline regulations and policies - Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage processes - Coordinate with other airport and airline staff to ensure a smooth and timely departure for flights - Maintain a clean and organized ticket counter and work area - Provide support to passengers with special needs or requests - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer skills - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
