Key Responsibilities :

Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.

Create and implement a strategic plan to enhance teaching quality, discipline, and overall school operations.

Supervise, mentor, and motivate teachers to deliver high-quality education.

Build a positive school culture rooted in values, discipline, and collaboration.

Drive admissions growth through improved communication, reputation-building, and parent engagement.

Maintain smooth coordination between departments and ensure compliance with educational regulations.

Monitor academic performance and introduce innovative learning practices.

Represent the school to parents, external stakeholders, and the local community.

Eligibility & Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience as Principal or Vice-Principal (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Leadership approach that is disciplined, proactive, and motivational

Ability to transform legacy institutions with structured systems and processes
