Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal, based in Noida. The Principal will oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school, ensuring adherence to international standards and curricular frameworks. Responsibilities include leading faculty, monitoring student performance, fostering a positive school culture, engaging with parents, and ensuring the professional development of staff. The Principal will also drive strategic initiatives to enhance holistic development programs and maintain the institution’s commitment to excellence in education.

• Educational expertise in teaching methodologies, curriculum development (CBSE and National Curriculum for England), and assessment standards.

• Understanding of child development, with a focus on holistic and inclusive education practices.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Master’s degree in Education or related fields;
