About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-first Student Success Associate to join our dynamic

team at MyCaptain . In this role, you will play a critical part in mentoring students, managing

placement-related communication, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to help

students land their dream jobs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to match the right candidates from the MyCaptain

placement pool with relevant job opportunities.

Mentor, counsel, and support students throughout their placement journey.

Maintain up-to-date reports and trackers related to student placements.

Collaborate closely with the Corporate Relations (CR) team to meet monthly placement

targets.

Take full ownership of an assigned program and be responsible for its placement

outcomes.

Serve as the single point of contact for students regarding all placement-related queries.

Requirements

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.

A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Empathy and patience when working with students from diverse backgrounds.
