We’re expanding our Bench Sales team to increase consultant placements and strengthen our client relationships.
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
- Market H1B / OPT / CPT / EAD / GC / USC consultants to vendors, clients, and tier-1 staffing firms.
- Maintain daily engagement with consultants — prepare resumes, update profiles, and ensure active marketing.
- Build and maintain a vendor / client database for direct submissions.
- Develop and maintain long-term vendor relationships via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Submit consultants to suitable job requirements and negotiate rates effectively.
- Track and follow up on interview schedules, feedback, and client updates.
- Coordinate with consultants during onboarding, project starts, and timesheet follow-ups.
- Achieve daily / weekly KPIs : submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Collaborate with the management team on improving profiles and marketing strategies.
🧠 Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting.Strong understanding of US staffing terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and tax terms .Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).Proficiency with Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Corp-to-Corp portals , etc.Ability to handle multiple consultants and prioritize marketing efforts.Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.💰 Perks & Benefits
