About the role Own end-to-end HR operations while running a smooth, compliant, and cost-efficient workplace. You’ll be the single point of contact for people processes, payroll inputs, vendors, facilities, and day-to-day admin.
Job DescriptionHuman Resources
Drive full-cycle hiring (JDs, sourcing, interviews, offers) and maintain hiring dashboards & offer-to-join conversions.
Run structured onboarding / offboarding : documentation, induction, access creation, asset handover / return, and exit formalities.
Maintain HRIS & personnel records; publish weekly / monthly MIS.
Coordinate accurate, on-time payroll inputs (attendance / leave / variable pay) with Finance.
Ensure statutory & policy compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, POSH).
Support performance cycles, internal communications, engagement activities, and pulse surveys.
Administration (General)
Oversee front office, visitor management, meeting rooms, pantry / housekeeping, and stationery / consumables.
Manage facilities : AMCs, repairs, utilities (power / internet), uptime tracking, and contractor coordination.
Own security & access control : ID cards, onboarding / offboarding access, CCTV coordination, incident logs.
Maintain asset & inventory registers (IT equipment, furniture, peripherals); tagging, issuance / return, periodic audits.
Lead procurement & vendor management : RFQs, comparisons, PO / GRN, contracts, SLAs, and renewals.
Handle travel & reimbursements : bookings, policy adherence, and timely claim coordination.
Run mailroom / courier operations with POD tracking and SLA adherence.
Coordinate licenses, insurance renewals, safety & fire drills, first-aid kits, and EHS checks.
Track admin OPEX / CAPEX, petty cash, accruals, and publish monthly cost reports.
Experience requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Commerce (or equivalent).
5+ years
of hands-on HR + Admin ownership in a fast-paced setup.
strong Excel
(lookups, pivots).
Working knowledge of Indian labor compliance and third-party staffing.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a high-ownership, detail-oriented mindset.
Good to have
Exposure to consumer electronics / peripherals or promoter / field-team support (not mandatory).
Work mode : This role is
strictly Bengaluru-based ; on-site presence is required.
