Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Junior Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing operational processes, managing team tasks, ensuring quality control, and enhancing efficiency. The Junior Manager will collaborate with internal teams, assist in analyzing data-driven insights, prepare reports, and support implementation of new systems or processes to improve business outcomes. Active participation in project management and ensuring the welfare of team members and waste workers will also be key areas of focus.

• Analytical skills, including data analysis and reporting proficiency
• Interpersonal and team management skills to foster collaboration and maintain workforce engagement
• Ability to execute process improvements while ensuring optimal operational efficiency
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Bachelor's degree (Any, Proffered : Environmental Studies, or a related field)
• Experience in team leadership or waste management is a plus
• A commitment to sustainability and creating community impact
