Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Surat, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities are as following :

1. Conducting Board, Committee & General Meetings (agenda, notices, minutes)

2. Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) & Secretarial Standards

3. Filing forms / returns with MCA, SEBI & Stock Exchanges

4. Drafting resolutions, agreements, policies & legal documents

5. Maintaining statutory registers & records

6. Liaising with regulators, stock exchanges, RTA & stakeholders

7. Supporting management in corporate governance & investor relations

8. Any other project as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Company Secretary (Member of ICSI)
