We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual who loves to find and develop efficient, scalable, and thoughtful solutions to various technical and product challenges. As a team member responsible for building foundational services, you will have the opportunity to lead the team that builds the IAM Platform. The service is one of the key business enablers serving millions of customers daily. It is leveraged by 150+ desktop, mobile, web applications, and cloud services and a growing third-party developer ecosystem for managing user authentication, authorization, profile, and entitlements. You will be working on cutting-edge AWS technologies as you build the next generation of the Identity Platform. You will work in a global organization and collaborate with local and remote colleagues from various disciplines like business, engineering, operations, support, etc.

Responsibilities

Work effectively as a member of the self-organized agile team that builds, owns, and runs the web application and a cloud service

Own and lead the front-end development confirming the UX guidelines

Build responsive UIs that work across multiple form factors (web, native desktop, mobiles, etc.)

Contribute to all aspects of cloud service development, including front-end, backend, DevOps, and quality

Assist in the operation of the service, e.g. monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and troubleshooting

Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into elegant implementations

Use the current system behavior to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the scalability, reliability, usability, and security of the system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
• Relevant 4-7 years of software engineering experience
• Excellent analytics skills, troubleshooting skills, and ability to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds, and experience with ES6 / ES7 features
• Experience with Typescript and its benefits in building large-scale applications is highly desirable
• Strong grip on HTML, CSS & fundamentals, and experience building modern web and mobile applications
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Good experience in testing frontend apps including unit and automation testing
• CI / CD using Jenkins experience is preferred
• Understanding of Accessibility and Web Standards. Experience with web technologies catering to accessibility standards (WCAG) and ARIA specifications
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web-pack, NPM, etc.
• Expertise in developing web applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, etc. frameworks
• Excellent understanding of basic principles of computer programming
• Good experience with one or more of the programming languages C#, Go, Java, and Python will be an added advantage
• Solid understanding of software design and architectural patterns as well as a very good understanding of cloud design paradigms
• Proven ability to write maintainable and reusable code
• Expert level experience in building services with high performance, and high availability at a high scale
• Willing to continuously learn new technologies and driven to adopt best practices
• Should be a Problem solver, smart, innovative, adaptable, inclusive, impactful, humble, courageous, accountable, pragmatic, and self-motivated individual who takes initiative and ownership of projects
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and Oracle
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices
• Experience leveraging or contributing to open-source projects

Requirements

Requirements : 3 to 5 years of software development experience in C++ Bachelor of engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions, such as friend classes Familiarity with templating in C++ Proficient with TFS or Git operations Familiarity with agile software development and SCRUM process Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good in mathematics and basic geometry knowledge Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented programming concepts and design patterns Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English A self-motivated and extrovert individual with a strong work ethic and a desire for continuous learning Nice to have : Knowledge of the latest C++11 standard is appreciated Knowledge of computational geometry algorithm Work experience in CAD and engineering software development
