Job Title : BMAG - Assistant Vice President
Location : Jaipur, India
Role Description
BMAG (Business Management and Analytics Group) partners with various COOs / Operations leads in delivering various value added reporting, analytics and lead / support in various projects and initiatives.
Business Management is responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the bank's mission and goals.
Work includes :
- Delivering and improving the functions performed by the Business Management community
- Researching and analysing industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest
- Identifying and prioritising improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of discreet sub-units, be they products, desks, infrastructure or control areas of activity or a geographical region
- Developing complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects
- Utilising comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business
- Synthesizing and collating business insights for specific divisional stakeholders and supporting the improvement of policies, processes and procedures to deliver consistent and reliable products / services
- Engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best value for functions / units
- Building relationships with external points of contact (e.g. regulators, auditors, etc.) and industry bodies

Communicate to leadership / stakeholders on the Project updates, along with the progress, roadblocks, challenges & mitigationManaging the entire lifecycle of project(s)Provide support to COOs in various projects / initiatives / BAU in areas like headcount, vendor spend, ABC, reporting, automations, metrics etc.Actively supports the COO strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performance cultureSuggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.
