Job descriptionLead, train, and mentor a team of sales managers, team leads, and sales executives. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, KPIs, and incentive structures. Build succession plans and talent pipelines for scaling the team. Monitor daily / weekly / monthly sales performance and drive accountability across the team. Use CRM, dashboards, and analytics tools to generate insights and optimize conversions. Implement A / B testing and funnel optimization strategies for improved Experience & Retention : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consultative selling and post-sale follow-ups. Collaborate with the customer success and product teams to improve customer feedback loops. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across customer lifecycle stages. Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align on campaigns and lead quality. Provide regular business updates to senior leadership on sales trends, pipeline health, and forecasts.
