Job Summary : The Senior Licensing and Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing software licensing, vendor contracts, and procurement processes across the organization. This role ensures compliance with licensing agreements, optimizes software spend, and supports strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of software licensing models, and experience in enterprise procurement practices. Key Responsibilities : Licensing Management : Maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses and entitlements. Ensure compliance with vendor licensing terms and conditions. Monitor usage and renewals to avoid over- or under-licensing. Conduct periodic audits and license reconciliations. Procurement Operations : Lead end-to-end procurement for software, hardware, and IT services. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
