Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition through digital
performance marketing and strategic B2B partnerships. This role blends analytical rigour with
creative hustle — perfect for someone who can manage CAC targets and close growth partnerships with consumer apps and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing (70%)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, and other social / digital channels.
Own CAC, CTR, CPI, and ROI targets — ensuring acquisition within budget and cost benchmarks.
Build and manage creative testing pipelines (video ads, influencer snippets, static creatives, etc.).
Work closely with the content and product teams to design high-converting landing pages and in-app funnels.
Track user acquisition cohorts, retention, and LTV to improve efficiency over time.
Evaluate and onboard performance agencies or affiliates (if needed).
2. B2B & Partner Marketing (30%)
Identify and pitch to potential consumer app partners (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Delhivery, Paytm, Meesho, etc.) for bundled or co-branded integrations.
Negotiate and execute partnership deals — including reward integrations, user referral programs, or product embedding (e.g., “Earn + Learn” modules).
Work with internal product and tech teams to design partnership-driven user journeys.
Track and report partnership performance metrics, attribution, and user engagement outcomes.
Who You Are
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition, ideally in consumer internet / edtech / fintech / gaming / social apps.
Strong grasp of digital marketing analytics and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.).
Hands-on experience running campaigns with monthly budgets of ₹10L–₹1Cr+.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and close B2B growth partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset with comfort using dashboards, Excel / Sheets, and visualization tools.
