The Tele Caller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company's products and services, addressing inquiries, and generating sales leads. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and achieving targeted performance goals.QualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skillsProficiency in telemarketing, customer engagement, and relationship-buildingBasic computer knowledge and ability to use data entry and CRM toolsGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales and performance targetsPrior experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantageFluency in English and regional languages for effective communicationHigh school diploma or equivalent;
additional education inmarketing or related fields is a plus
