Job Description :
Chirayu Power is seeking a Solar Sales Executive to support business development efforts in the solar EPC domain. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and close deals while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new leads through calls, networking, and client visits.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar EPC solutions.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with the design, finance, and project teams for client deliverables.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client data and pipeline progress.
- Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, campaigns, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in sales or business development (solar / EPC sector preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Strong sense of ownership and ability to meet targets within timelines.Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.What We Offer :
