Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Franchise Growth Partner based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Franchise Growth Partner will be responsible for managing and growing franchise operations, providing training and support to franchisees, overseeing financial performance, and driving sales. This role requires developing strategies to attract new franchisees, ensuring successful franchise launches, and maintaining strong relationships with existing franchisees to ensure their success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchising and Ownership roles
• Proven ability in Training and support functions
• Strong Finance and financial management skills
• Experience in Sales and sales strategy development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
