Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end MEP services from concept to commissioning
- Oversee design, coordination, procurement, and execution of HT / LT electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and security / access control systems
- Plan and monitor MEP schedules for time and resource management across large building or township projects
- Track and control MEP project progress to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution
- Supervise project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality systems, and cost-effective practices
