Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Safety Manager based in Mumbai. The Site Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, conducting safety training sessions, and investigating accidents. Additional responsibilities include overseeing Environment Health and Safety (EHS) protocols and implementing industrial safety measures to minimize risks on-site.

Role & responsibilities

• Attending weekly review meeting with client and contractors.
• Conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspection of the work areas and recommending corrective actions.
• Conducting HSE Committee meeting with all office staff & site staff.
• Coordinating audits to eliminate unsafe acts / conditions and work procedures that are hazardous to the job.
• Checking & inspection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hand tools, power tools,
• ladders, vehicles, lifting tools & tackles and work methods as per schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

Safety Manager position with 10+ years experience for Diploma Graduates, and 8+ years for BE graduates.

Diploma or B.E / B.Tech with ADIS is mandatory
