Assistant Manager Safety

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Corporate SHE planning's, documentations,
• Monitor and evaluate implementation of SHE practices
• Assist and guide Zonal team to implement SHE Management System across zone
• Advise and assist execution / service team to incorporate safety standards and procedures in all activities
• Visit and monitor all work locations to verify the level of safety implementation
• Conduct audits across all businesses
• Organize and conduct safety training for employees
• Advise and work out on Hazard Identification and Risk assessment for new jobs and activities and guide site team for implementation.
• Review and update safety documentations
• Carry out investigation of Fatal / dangerous occurrences, Review of all near miss, LTI and MTI & recommend appropriate corrective measures and follow up for action
• Coordinate with Project directors / heads to update on work status and level of safety standards at sites within the zone.
• Coordinate for recruitment of safety team, appraise and mobilize as per the requirements.
• Review and update contractor safety management
• Plan and organize SHE conclaves
• Coordinate and assist to organize safety events across organization
• Prepare and review safety training matrix across organization

EDUCATION - BE / Diploma, B.Sc. / M.Sc., Diploma in Industrial Safety.

EXPERIENCE (Years) - PREFERABLY 5-12 YEARS in Safety
