Position Summary :
The Administrative Assistant will work with our multi-geography product organization to provide scaled lighter-weight administrative support for a broad group of product leaders. If you are drawn to working with smart and energetic people in a fast-paced organization, this could be the role for you. The role is often demanding but also fun and interesting. It's the type of role where you could be creating expense reports, organizations charts, SOPs, and Purchase Orders. Additional responsibilities could include supply orders, and ad hoc tasks.
Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) :
90% Product Organization Administrative Support
- Assist in all logistical support for members of the Product organization
- Process expense reports, purchase orders and invoices as needed
- Create and maintain organization charts and email distribution lists as requested
- Independently manage selected assignments
- Contribute to company projects as needed in support of the team members
- Provide project-based, transactional support for team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Required :
Associates degree or 1-3 years related experienceKnowledge & Skills :
Excellent planning and execution skillsSignificant knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills (particularly listening and speaking)Willing / excited to work in a fast-paced, but sometimes intense, rapidly expanding companyDeep attention to detailStrong computer literacy and / or the comfort, ability and desire to advance technicallyAbility to independently manage many tasks at a time coming from different stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for various assigned projectsSkills Required
