Role : Sierra Conversational AI Developer

Location : Remote (India)

Duration : 12 months and possible extension

Are you passionate about building intelligent conversational experiences? We're looking for experienced Sierra Conversational AI Developers to design, develop, and optimize conversational flows that enhance automation and user engagement.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven hands-on experience with the Sierra Conversational AI Platform (MUST HAVE)
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and NLP fundamentals
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimize bot performance
• Experience integrating backend systems and third‑party APIs
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
