Position Overview
As a Product Manager for Kerovit, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our bathware product portfolio . You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from conceptualization to market launch—ensuring that every product aligns with the brand’s vision, customer needs, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of market trends, application technologies, and innovative bathware solutions for modern residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development and Strategy
- Define the product vision and roadmap for Kerovit bathware products in alignment with the brand’s growth and market strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the R&D and technical teams to develop high-performance, innovative, and user-friendly bathware solutions.
- Ensure product designs, materials, and packaging meet industry standards, quality benchmarks, and installation efficiency requirements.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Plan and execute product launches in coordination with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams.Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional plans to maximize market share and channel adoption.Create technical datasheets, installation guides, and product collaterals to support marketing and sales teams.3. Sales Enablement
Partner with the sales and technical service teams to deliver training and product demonstrations for dealers, architects, plumbers, and channel partners.Track sales performance, market acceptance, and feedback to identify potential product improvements or gaps.4. Performance Monitoring and Analytics
Establish KPIs for product performance, including sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.Analyse market feedback, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to drive continuous product enhancement.5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure consistent quality, production efficiency, and timely delivery.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns, trade promotions, and technical awareness initiatives.Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in bathware, sanitary ware, construction materials, or building products.Skills
Strong strategic and analytical thinking.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.Deep understanding of market dynamics, application techniques, and consumer behaviour in the bathware industry.
