Salesforce Vlocity / Omni studio Tech Lead - PAN India

Desired Candidate :

• 10+ year Vlocity experience
• Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
• Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
• Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes
• Develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture
• Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors
• Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps
• Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI / CD pipelines
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team
• Good communication skills.
• Vlocity certified.
