Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate for Marketplace to manage marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various aspects of the brands in

e Commerce platforms. An ideal can be someone who can be a 2+ years of experience interested in beauty & personal care and would like to build a career in this industry.

Key Responsibilities :

 Responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple E commerce platforms such as Purple, Nykaa, Meesho, etc.

 Doing market research, understanding competition market trends.

 Responsible for product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of the listings

 Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces with Internal and External Stakeholders.

 Optimizing shipments / POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.

 Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance.

 Handling Inventory management in case of deficits.

Qualifications :

 2+years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech / BCom / MBA / other bachelor's / master’s degree

 Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantage

 Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.

 Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
