Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility to work from home on certain days. As a Sales Fresher at Knotify, you will support the sales team in generating leads, understanding client needs, and assisting with the sales process. Key day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and contributing to the preparation of presentations and sales pitches. You will play a crucial role in delivering a positive customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in basic computer tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and prospective clients
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Prior internship or exposure to sales and marketing concepts is an advantage
