What you'll do
Resolve technical issues for enterprise customers and partners through our support portal and inbound call queue
Troubleshoot and optimize Linux / Unix (LAMP) servers, networking, PKI, virtualization, and SaaS / cloud services
Provide expert support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) across Apple iOS / MacOS, Android, and Windows devices
What you will bring
7–10 years' experience in enterprise IT support or equivalent role
Proven hands-on troubleshooting skills in Linux / Unix systems and LAMP stack, or networking, PKI, and virtualization
Strong experience with MDM solutions for Apple, Android, and Windows
Practical knowledge of SaaS / cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Docker), microservices, and B2B customer support
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-first attitude
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred skills :
Experience with DNS, IP networking, firewalls, SMTP, HTTPS, load balancers, ActiveSync, and email systems
Certifications : Linux, CCNA, MCTS, VCP
Familiarity with Exchange, Active Directory, ISA / TMG, NDES, KDC
SQL queries and LDAP server management
Understanding of PKI, SCEP, and security best practices
