Appium Tester

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement robust test automation frameworks for mobile applications using Appium.
• Develop and maintain API test suites using Rest Assured for validating RESTful services.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects using tools like JIRA.
• Integrate test automation into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing across multiple devices and platforms.
• Maintain test environments and ensure test data integrity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
