IT and Network Engineer

Job descriptionManage corporate software licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with licensing terms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and implement solutions. Document all technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal use. Oversee hardware procurement, inventory management, and system lifecycle.
Key Deliverables :
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across servers and workstations.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware / software issues, and assist with employee onboarding.
- Monitor and enforce system security protocols, ensuring protection against cybersecurity threats.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and software / hardware audits to maintain system integrity.
