About the Role
We’re seeking a
Technical Product Engineer
who blends
Salesforce technical expertise
with
product and systems thinking . You’ll architect and build integrations, automations, and internal tools that streamline business processes and enhance productivity across multiple teams.
This role requires hands-on experience with
Salesforce Flows, APIs, no-code tools, and cloud integrations , along with the ability to manage projects end-to-end and collaborate cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and maintain
Salesforce automation frameworks , including Flow, Process Builder, and Apex-based logic.
Build
API integrations
and
data syncs
between Salesforce and tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace using
MuleSoft, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Workato .
Partner with product and operations teams to
analyze workflows , identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions.
Develop and deploy
internal tools, dashboards, and notification systems
to improve operational visibility.
Ensure
data accuracy, governance, and performance optimization
across connected systems.
Lead small-scale technical projects from requirements to testing and release.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in
Salesforce development, system integration, or technical product management .
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce Flow, Apex, REST / SOAP APIs, and custom object design .
Experience with
no-code / low-code tools
(Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n) and
cloud services
(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Understanding of
CI / CD pipelines
and version control (GitHub, Jenkins, Copado).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Bonus :
Salesforce Platform App Builder / Integration Architect certification
and scripting experience (Python, Node.js, or Java).
