Inviting applications for the role of Manager Global Mobility
This role is pivotal in supporting global mobility operations by coordinating international assignments ensuring compliance with global mobility policies and facilitating smooth relocation processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mobility frameworks operational support and cross-cultural sensitivity while effectively collaborating with HR business leaders and external partners to deliver seamless mobility experiences.
Responsibilities
Mobility Operations :
Monthly payroll reporting
Tax Equalization (TEQ) Settlement -Repayment Agreements
Year End reporting-US wage sheets communication of year-end reminders to expats
Management conclusion of expatriation assignment-Coordinate final assignment payroll
Global Expatriate Benefits conclusion
Support localization of expat-Coordination of localization
Home & host record updation
Leadership :
Lead and coach a team
Foster a culture of precision accountability and learning.
Support workforce planning capability development and retention strategies.
Improvement :
Identify and implement improvements through automation digital tools and simplification initiatives.
Participate in user acceptance testing change assessments and documentation updates during system changes or upgrades.
& Risk Governance :
Lead audits internal reviews and remediation actions as needed.
Compliances & Statuary to be audited to ensure vendor activities are completed
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field
Proven experience in Global Mobility operations with a strong background in leadership.
Human Resource Management System experience
Good communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Excellent communication reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
Experience supporting multinational clients or global workforce environments.
Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now Zendesk etc is preferrable.
