Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for an ORM (Online Reputation Management) Executive. for our client office. The ORM Executive will be responsible for monitoring and managing the online reputation of our clients. Daily tasks include tracking brand sentiment, responding to customer feedback, handling reviews, and creating reports on online performance. The ORM Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for improving brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Online Reputation Management, Social Media Monitoring, and Brand Sentiment Analysis
• Skills in Responding to Customer Feedback, Handling Online Reviews, and Crisis Management
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Report Creation, and Performance Tracking
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Experience in the advertising industry is an advantage\
