Program : Upskilling UI Developers to Angular

Integrated Modular Program for Advanced Competencies & Technologies (IMPACT) focuses on upskilling and reskilling new joiners across new technologies and the healthcare domain.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Strong experience working with JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap and CSS3
  • Understanding of Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Model View Whatever (MVW) concepts
  • Understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM)
  • Experience of building rich, high-performance, responsive and cross-browser agnostic UI.
  • Experience of working with JavaScript functions, events, and error handling.
  • Working experience of consuming / developing RESTful APIs, Observables, NgRx operators and MVC pattern
  • Experience on working with UI control libraries or charting libraries
  • Experience working with TFS / Git and Git based repositories like Azure repos / GitHub.
  • Experience writing unit tests using Jasmine, Karma.
  • Experience working in Agile model.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills :

  • Web component and Chart libraries
  • Familiarity with CI-CD tools like Azure DevOps / Jenkins, etc.
  • Understanding of FHIR and HL7
  • Knowledge of server-side frameworks like Node, Python
  • Knowledge of any other UI frameworks like PHP, JSP, ASP.NET
  • Prior experience of working with healthcare applications will be an added advantage.

    • Education :

  • Engineering Degree - BE, BTech, BCS
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

    • Job Description as an Angular Professional :

  • As a Sr. Software Engineer - Angular, you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include :
  • Working closely with technology and business teams within an Agile / Scrum model
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Understanding Sprint requirements and participating in sprint planning.
  • Drive the assigned task individually, based on the direction given by lead.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • No deviation is being done from the defined architecture and design
  • Make sure the written code follows all the coding and security standards
  • Perform unit testing to achieve 80% of code coverage
  • Prepare or modify the low-level design document, impact analysis document based on the requirement changes
  • Building localization features such as localized content, geo-specific workflows and features.
  • Building responsive apps using bootstrap, HTML and CSS.
  • Applying best coding practices such as applying design principles and design patterns, testable code.
  • Writing automated unit tests using Jasmine and Karma.
  • Following all SCRUM rituals and delivering against all planned activities.
