Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Delhi, India. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on programs, assisting with application procedures, and following up on leads. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting interviews, collaborating with academic staff, and participating in recruitment events. The role also involves maintaining detailed records and achieving enrollment targets.

• Education background or experience
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in academic counseling or admissions is a plus
