Our client in the global digital services industry is looking for a highly skilled Senior Video / Motion Designer with extensive experience in video editing and motion graphics to lead internal branding initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong creative and technical expertise manages projects mentors junior Designers and ensures seamless execution of video-related tasks aligned with brand vision. The role emphasises the use of AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows enhance creativity and reduce delivery time while ensuring cutting-edge output.

What you will do :

• Conceptualise design and deliver high-quality videos animations and motion graphics for internal and external brand communication.
• Handle end-to-end video production including scripting storyboarding shooting (if required) editing and post-production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
• Manage and oversee multiple video projects ensuring timely delivery with consistent quality.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and vendors / agencies.
• Maintain brand consistency while innovating with fresh and engaging video concepts.
• Stay updated with industry trends tools and technologies to enhance creative output.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to optimise video editing motion design and content creation.
