Job descriptionEnsure course material aligns with healthcare data privacy and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). Conduct technical reviews to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance. Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to produce engaging and technically sound course content. Provide mentorship and domain guidance to team members and cross-functional partners. Research and stay current with evolving healthcare technologies, data standards, and best practices. Support project delivery through data audits, validation exercises, and performance Skills & Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, Data Management, or Analytics. Strong understanding of healthcare data systems, data governance, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in SQL, database design, and data auditing. Experience in encryption, data protection, and information security protocols. Knowledge of healthcare data interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EHR systems). Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Ability to translate complex healthcare data concepts into clear, actionable insights or training materials. Experience in training design, curriculum development, or technical content creation is an advantage
About the Role :
DigiFocal IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Healthcare Operations and Data.
The SME will play a key role in developing and validating technical training materials, ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and quality of content related to healthcare data management, analytics, and compliance.
You will collaborate closely with product, training, and technical teams to deliver impactful learning experiences and support the continuous enhancement of our healthcare data Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary domain expert for healthcare operations, data processes, and compliance.
- Design, review, and enhance course content and technical modules related to :
a. Debug Audio Models
b. Healthcare Data : Encryption, Auditing, and Protection
c. Healthcare SQL for Patient Outcomes
