We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides Mortgage Underwriting and Due Diligence Services to USA client from Mortgage Finance industry which is a recognized leader in mortgage credit in the residential and commercial space, real estate lending, capital markets, and securitization. Analyst – US Mortgage Credit and Due Diligence would be part of a team of US Mortgage credit due diligence and underwriters. The selected candidate will have extensive experience with due diligence services and operations within the US mortgage and commercial credit risk industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working on day-to-day operations of in-house UK Mortgage Credit and Due Diligence services to ensure the quality of Loans acquired and data captured.
• Working closely with the UK underwriters to ensure all processes are upheld, purchased loans conform to the company guidelines and ensure all documentation is correctly saved to file.
• Monitor loan pipeline and loan level due diligence
• Drafting credit reports / exceptions for UK Residential mortgage's for UK underwriters
• Verification, analysis, and review of various items like Credit review / re-underwriting, Regulatory compliance review, Legal document review, Data integrity review, Payment history review, Collateral review, Property Appraisal review, Title review etc., to ensure quality of loan assets acquired by the client.
• Monitoring the loan redemptions; proceed calculations and reporting purposes.
• Verification of KYC documents of the Borrower (Employee, Self Employed, Small Business, Corporation etc). Property Appraisal, Risk Analysis and Valuation Ratios related to Property and Loan. Title of Property and Verification. Title Insurance Policy and related checks. Verification of Property Insurance Policy, Property Taxes and other Governmental clearances. Assessment of Credit Appraisal of the Borrower and getting third party reports. Income sources of Borrower and repayment capacity. Experience of the Borrower, Other properties of the borrower and verification. Income Appraisal of property and Cash flows from property, Interest calculations and repayment schedules. Loan Amount, Eligibility, Release schedules and Related repayment schedules.
• Effective communication by email, by phone, and obtains the proper documentation needed.
• Ability to interpret different credit guidelines.
• Experience in residential Loan underwriting.
• Co-ordinate with originators, third-party vendors, and solicitors for pre & post-close diligence of the loans.
• Monitoring excels model for loan eligibility confirmations; proceed calculations and reporting purposes.
• Reviewing the interim reports on the development funding requests and processing the requests

LOCATION : Kondapur, Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad,

TIMINGS : UK Shift IST 3-30pm to 12-30am
