Job descriptionConduct comprehensive audits of multifamily housing entities, including financial statement reviews and assessments. Ensure accuracy and compliance with Uniform Financial Reporting Standards and REAC submissions. Collaborate with clients to resolve audit findings and provide recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date on changes in HUD regulations and industry best practices. Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HUD audits or affordable housing audits. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, HUD audit protocols, and LIHTC compliance. Experience with audit software and financial reporting tools. Familiarity with REAC submissions and HUD REAC protocols. Senior Multifamily Housing Auditor Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented senior auditor with experience in multifamily housing audits, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) audits and Affordable Housing audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HUD compliance requirements and be able to conduct thorough audits in accordance with US GAAP and HUD guidelines.
