Job description

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in a mid-level role within the finance department
Prior experience in the service sector (preferably IT or Pharma) is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, vouching, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations

Prepare full sets of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards)

Ensure adherence to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

Handle internal and statutory audits, serving as the point of contact for external auditors

Utilize accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or equivalent with efficiency

Prepare detailed MIS reports and financial dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint

Monitor and improve internal controls and financial processes across departments

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities

Technical Skills

Proficient in accounting tools (Tally / SAP or similar ERP systems)

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Sound understanding of Ind AS

Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports for management decision-making
