Brand Operations Manager

Sneakwear is expanding the team!

We’re looking for a Brand Operations Manager to join our fast growing sneaker e-commerce brand.

This role is perfect for someone who’s sharp, organized, and hungry to grow. Someone who wants to work directly with the founder at an e-commerce brand from the inside.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer sales and communication (Calls, WhatsApp, Instagram)
• Manage daily operations
• Oversee Shopify listings, prices, and order updates
• Coordinate with our partners to keep deliverables on track
• Assist with accounts, vendor coordination, and weekly reporting
• Take ownership and solve problems independently (we value initiative >

instructions)
