Job description4+ years experience in creation / modification of matrix, composite and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas. Demonstrate ability and experience in translating functional specifications into technical deliverables. Undergraduate degree Report build experience
Primary Responsibilities may include :
- Support Enterprise ERP System
- Build and support Workday reports and dashboards.
- Build and deployment of new modules / projects / enhancements
- Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
- Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
- Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
- Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements
- Participate in On call rotation with team members for critical off hours issues
