Job descriptionDeep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service) Power Platform : Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate Solution Design and Technical Architecture Pipelines and CI / CD automation (Azure DevOps / ADO) Power BI for analytics and reporting Strong hands-on technical background in CRM implementations Proven experience as a Technical Architect in D365 CRM projects Ability to lead end-to-end technical delivery Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Core Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, focusing on Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service modules.
- Lead technical design and implementation of Power Platform components : Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate.
- Design and optimize solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices.
- Build and manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Develop and integrate Power BI dashboards for business analytics.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust CRM solutions.
- Mentor development teams and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.
