Responsibilities :

• Make calls to prospective leads to achieve organizational targets and meet daily call connection goals.
• Understand the objectives of calling activities and accurately record responses for qualitative insights.
• Utilize persuasive and convincing skills to convert leads.
• Engage with partners and customers daily from the office.
• Encourage partners to join the platform.
• Motivate customers to place orders through the platform.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, fluency in Hindi and English, and decent computer skills.
• Influence stakeholders effectively through telephonic conversations.
• Be prepared to visit the field if necessary.
